conn value and age?????

i have a conn alto sax(i think) that has no letters stamped on the back only numbers...i was wondering if anyone out there can give me an idea of its value before i ask too little for it. the numbers are 10654, it is in a rather beaten up case but all the pads were replaced and a new cork piece where the mouth thingy goes.
