Soprano can't play lower than an A (both octaves)

So I went to play my soprano which I don't always do, so I took it out, and realized that something was REALLY wrong when nothing below and A would come out no matter what. Anything? Any advice works.

You have a leak.  Put a light tube down the tube and close off the tone holes.  You will find it.

      possible causes are :

      that a pad needs adjusting
a screw needs tightening to adjust the silicon plug to ensure correct seal

if you have not got a light then get someone to physically push down on each pad cup until you locate which isn't sealing.

i suspect you have solved this by now!
