Saving Teacher Details

Hi one & all;
I have had 3 shots at registering my Teacher Details, but each time a full page of gibberish errors comes up; what am I doing wrong ?

    Just to give you a heads up, the team at saxophone.org is aware of this issue and looking to fix it shortly. Hopefully the fix is up real soon!
