Marco Grimm - Marco operates the C&C machine that cuts and shapes the tone holes on the body tube. He started to work for Keilwerth in 2006.
Dietmar Kaiser - Dietmar handles the machines that draw the tone holes from the body. Has started to work for Keilwerth in 2000.
Pavel Kalouda - Pavel assembles the tone hole rings to the body, creating the "rolled" tone hole feature for the SX90R. He has started to work for Keilwerth in 2006.
Joerg Herferth - Joerg works in the plating department and creates the unique Vintage finish. Has started to work for Keilwerth in 2007.
Marco Rudert - Marco hand engraves ALL black nickel and Shadow model saxophones. He started to work at Keilwerth in 2005.
Volker Posnecker - Volker works in the lacquering booth to make sure all instruments are perfectly lacquered for a beautiful look and lasting protection. He started to work at the Keilwerth factory in 2007.
Valodia Lorenz - Valodia polishes all the instruments to bring out the beauty of the craftsmanship. Notice the inserts in the tone holes of the bell he is holding. These are applied to protect the tone holes from the buffing wheels so there is no damage to the surface of the tone hole. He has started to work for Keilwerth in 2007.
Tino Riedel & Josef Macek - Final Assembly - Tino and Josef work to put all the parts together, assembling the finished instrument for delivery. Tino started to work for Keilwerth in 2006 and Josef in 2007.
Christoph Heftrig - Saxophone tester - Christoph play tests the final instruments to ensure they are in perfect adjustment and meet our quality standards. Nothing slips past Christoph at Keilwerth.
