OTTO LINK Early Babbitt Tone Edge 5 Back to model

This is a nice find, a very late Florida vintage hard rubber Otto Link alto sax mouthpiece. This piece doesn’t have the Florida “Slant Sig” stamping, but was made on a Florida mold and is in its original Pompano Beach, FL box, so was obviously made right at the cusp of the move from Florida to the new Babbitt factory. It is an original 5, measuring .067”, and is in outstanding shape. It has some scratching on one side of the body, but no other evident wear. All original facing.
