This is a vintage metal Lamberson mouthpiece for the tenor sax, serial number 079. This is one of the “high baffle” models, with facing stamped 7 and measuring .105”. The piece has good original gold plating intact with only normal finish wear on the table. The bite plate, tip, and rails are all in great shape.
