This is a custom soprano sax mouthpiece by Fred Laberson, the tip opening is right around .065”. Physically the body of the mouthpiece is in pretty good condition there is a little wear from a previous ligature and just a little wear around the beak area. This piece has a slight shelf baffle with drop down chamber. The mouthpiece plays with a very full resonating open sound that feels extremely free blowing. This piece is a really great player in the way it provides plenty of projection with out being overly bright.
