This is a very rare 80's vintage handmade Dave Guardala Super King Curtis Gold mouthpiece for the tenor sax, serial number 7393. This piece measures like an 8* at .115" and features a bullet-like chamber. It shows some finish wear as to be expected but physically no major wear, no cracks or nicks, and the tip and rails look clean.
