This is a very cool, very rare Gale Hollywood “Tripe Rail” mouthpiece for the alto sax. The Gale pieces were made by MC Gregory in his Hollywood shop. The Triple Rail piece was a unique idea with a “third rail” going right down the middle of the mouthpieces, extending out from the table towards the tip. It's an interesting concept, though I'm not exactly sure how practical it is. This piece is in great overall physical condition.
