This is a 70's vintage Brilhart Level Air Alto mouthpiece.  The piece is an original 6*, and blows with a lot of power, and brightness.  This thing could set off car alarms outside!!!  It is one of the brightest, loudest Alto mouthpieces we have ever played.  These Level Air mouthpieces have kind of gotten a bad wrap over the years, but they are actually pretty nice pieces.
