This is a vintage M.C. Gregory Alto mouthpiece serial number 14053.  This Los Angeles model composite mouthpiece has a great sound, with a little more edge than a lot of Gregorys we've played in the past.  The mouthpiece has some wear, but is still in great shape for its age.  It has never been refaced, and retains its original 5A facing.
