This is a custom Meyer alto sax mouthpiece worked on by Ralph Morgan. It is a medium chamber 6 that measures .073". This piece is in phenomenal condition with no major wear of note anywhere, including on the bite plate, tip, rails, or table. It has that fantastic open full sound you'd expect from an excellent vintage Meyer.
