This is an excellent condition Meyer “NY USA” model alto sax mouthpiece. This piece is all original, stamped a 5L (long facing) with medium chamber, and measures true at .070”. It has never been refaced or worked on in any way. The piece shows little playing wear, mostly just some light surface scratching, but nothing major. The beak, tip, rails, and table are all pristine.
