This is a vintage MC Gregory Los Angeles mouthpiece for the tenor sax, serial number 16486. It is stamped a 5A 18 (medium chamber) piece, but has been professionally opened to .093" by Bob Carpenter. It has some playing wear on the beak, but otherwise just minor surface scratches.
