This is an excellent condition M. C. Gregory mouthpiece for the tenor sax, serial number 4069. This piece, originally a 4A 18 (medium chamber), has been professionally opened a bit and the tip perfected by James Bunte. It measures .075". The mouthpiece shows little physical wear, some minor surface scratching but nothing major, and the tip and rails are in superb condition.
