This is a vintage "NY USA" Meyer 5M tenor saxophone mouthpiece. The piece is an original 5M medium chamber, and measures .080". It shows only very mild wear for its age, mostly just some scuffing on the bite plate and such, but no major wear, including no cracks or chips.
