Here's a vintage hard rubber Selmer Soloist E short shank mouthpiece for the tenor sax. This is the model made famous by Joe Henderson, so that will give you an idea what to expect from it sonically. This piece is in excellent shape, just minor scuffing on the bite plate but no indentations, and no major wear anywhere on the piece. The original tip, rails, and table are perfect.
