Group Hospitalization Insurance Now in Force for Conn Workers
All Conn employees actively at work on Sept. 22, and who filled in and signed an acceptance and payroll deduction authority card before Oct. 22, are fully covered by the new Group Hospital Expense Insurance now in effect.
This medical examination will be at the employee's expense.

Survey Shows Job Accidents One of Chief Obstacles to "All Out" Production
At a recent meeting in Chicago of members of the National Safety Council, which was attended by Leo East, chairman of the Conn Safety Committee, it was reported that a national survey shows industrial accidents to be one of the chief obstacles in the way of "all out" war production to meet the increased needs of large scale military operations.
