This is Wonder Improved Worcester model saxophone, one of the first sopranos made by C.G. Conn. The Wonder saxophones are full keyed, and have modern keywork from low Bb to high F. These horns have roller between the keys to allow for easier movement by the pinky finger. You can find this horn in the Saxquest Museum.
