Depending on the group and the quality of players, you might be able to do a rendition of "A Smith Named Greg". You can find it off of the old Kenton '76 album. Nice ballad-like intro and ending, and a fast solo section in the middle to show off your improv chops.
You can also look at old recordings of Gerry Mulligan. It might not necessarily be all pieces originally for the bari, but he's done some wonderful renditions of pieces that would be worth looking at.
