      I was told the serial number for this Conn Bar I has a prefix "N". Does this change anything ? N222702.

        Yes, profoundly.  The N prefix is on Mexican-made Conns from the 1970s through mid-1980s.  Those are very cheaply made horns that hold essentially no value.
