Frustrations with my playing

Soo I graduated high school last year and have been taking a gap year to practice and audition for jazz school, I play alto. I consistently practice 4-8 hours a day and recently I seem to have fallen into a rut? The more I practice I become more and more frustrated with the way I sound. In the small town I live in, I don't have peers that play as seriously as I play so I'm turning to this forum to talk about my struggle. Just got done with a 10 hour practice day, have a lesson tomorrow, and I'm not ready for it because every sound that I play sounds like utter crap and that's all I can focus on. I can't focus on systematicly improving whatever it is that I'm trying to improve because playing is like shoving needles into my eardrums. Wondering if anyone else has went through this, or has any tips? Thanks
