Looking for info. Help please!

Hi all, I recently came across a Silver possible nickel plated Alto sax. There is no information on it besides the inscription of Pro. “K”. It is old not sure how old, but pads are in ok condition. If anyone has any info on this please let me know. thanks. ????????
