Selmer Baritone Saxophone La Voix II SBS-280R

I'm looking to buy my son a bari for a graduation present, trying not to spend more than $3000.  I've come across a used Selmer Baritone Saxophone La Voix II SBS-280R but have not found a lot of reviews, etc. on it past the marketing material.  Does anyone have experience or insight on this Selmer?  Thanks in advance.
