Saxaphone dolnet paris seri 24281

I want to ask about saxaphone. I have a legacy saxaphone from my grandfather and want to sell the item

 the description of the saxaphone is the word dolnet paris brand which was said from 1905 and have series 24281 These antiques on sale are said to be very expensive and very valuable for families. at this time my family really needs money pretty close, I guess this type of saxaphone model and what model is sold

    Value is about $200.00

    It will cost $600 to repair it.
