I know it's been ask millions of times, but

Can you help.me identify a sax.
I've been looking at different saxes, and kinda know what saxes are worth getting and maybe repairing and what saxes to stay away from.
A friend out of town found a sax for sale, and sent me a picture, but after looking I cant figure out what exactly i am looking at.
It's a Martin low pitch. Serial number 44434(but might be 14434), but on the horn it only says THE MARTIN, reg. US patent, Elkhart Indiana.

Thanks in advance for anyone's help.
Chris

This is an older Handcraft from 1924 - 1925.  What is confusing is that the horn says, "The Martin", but it is not a "The Martin" which was their highly regarded Committee III model.  It is a Handcraft, which was a good horn, just not the Committee III.
The value of this model is much less than the Comm III.
