Conn Alto Sax

I have an Alto Sax with pearl keys and rather elaborate stars and Conn USA engraving on it, serial number E29873.  Could anyone tell me what model it is, or how old?

    I believe that these are Conn Director models also nicknamed "shooting stars" model.  Here is a link to a Saxpics serial number chart.

    If you scroll down, The E serial prefix appears to have been used in 1965.
    These were generally regarded as an intermediate/student level horns.  Here is another link that discusses this model:
