What is this Saxophone?

Hi guys
I want buy a new saxophone from a guy 
He told me this is a handmade king vintage saxophone that its body is selmer mark vi and its keys are assembled in king company
I want to know is it true? 
I have search too many but i didn't find it in internet 
Can you help me?
What is this Saxophone? 
How much is it worth?

    No that situation never happened.

    Selmer made its own keys. Very hard compact brass.
