Can anyone help?

Hello, my name is Heidi and I recently acquired a saxophone but I know nothing about them! All I know is the serial number is "4893" made in Italy, and it has an engraving on it that says Hamilton. I do know that it is most likely from the 1920's - 1940's. 

if anyone can tell me anything about it that would be super helpful!!
