C G Conn Alto

Hello - I'm new to all this and hoping for some guidance on my alto.

It's a gold plated Conn serial number M178369
The pads are probably original and still bear the Conn printing
The holes are rolled edge
It's in very good condition but likely needs a full service and a repad

Can anyone date this horn and give an estimate of value please?

I am a complete beginner and have barely mastered the Eb scale.
