Watch yourself with them. I had a pretty bad experience withthem once. I like WWBW( Woodwind brasswind) I've gotten many things from them, usually quickly. Most of the time it was mouthpieces a stand, smaller things. When I did order a horn from them it took a little longer, but I got just the same. Really, to me the best thing to is to buy a horn in person at a nearby store. Then, you can see the horn and inspect it for yourself.
