This is a vintage hard rubber M.C. Gregory Model A mouthpiece for the tenor saxophone, serial number 4730. This piece was originally a 4A 20, but has been professionally opened by Paul "Doc" Tenney to .105". It is in excellent shape physically with just a few scratches and a perfect tip, rails, table, and bite plate.
