This is a vintage and extremely hard-to-find Selmer Soloist mouthpiece for the soprano sax. This piece has the more open E facing, and has the round chamber. It is in excellent condition, only very minor surface scratching on the bite plate and no cracks, chips, or major wear of note. Tip and rails are perfect and original.
